Description
Nicely presented Cherokee 140. Has been looked after very well by Warnervale Air, and has some ongoing work with the flying school if cross hire is of interest. We have recently purchased a new RV12 which has reduced the need for this aeroplane. Perfect cheap to run hr builder or ab-initio trainer for a student, with the bonus of cost offsets by leasing to the flying school.

Engine TSO: 1860 (140 until overhaul recommended)
Prop TSO: 410 (1590 until overhaul recommended)
Panel has had a small upgrade with Garmin G5 PFD. Otherwise fairly standard late 1960s panel.
