The Alpha Trainer comes equipped with all the essential features expected for flight training and consolidation, including a strong, durable undercarriage, and gentle flight characteristics. Suitable for both entry-level flight training and experienced aviators, the Alpha Trainer offers a quiet, relaxing cabin with easy access and is a comfortable learning environment for students.

The Pipistrel Alpha is Sport category (RA-AUS) Aircraft, not a GA Aircraft. 

To fly the Sport category, you need to have a valid and current RA-AUS Certificate. GA Pilots can achieve certification by completing 5 hours on type in an Electric or Non Electric Aircraft. Around 3 hours dual and another 2 solo.

Additionally, to fly in Class D aircspace, you wil need to be a current Part 61 license holder.

All FlyOnE Skycademy aircraft are managed on the Breezylog system for paperless flight logs and daily maintenence releases, as well as fast, easy, accurate and transparent maintenance record keeping. 

You will need to be a Breezlog user (free) to fly our fleet and your membership includes a free CASA compliant digital log book for life!

Price includes GST, energy and landing fees at home and surrounding airports.

The aircraft is registered in the Sport category with RA-AUS, so pilots will need to be a RPC holder or complete a conversion.
