Description
Our brand new Frasca RTD synthetic trainer has been approved by the safety regulator for all licence levels and ratings. RPL, PPL, CPL, ATPL, IFR and NVFR.
The RTD has both a twin-engined Piper Seminole with Garmin G1000 glass cockpit, as well as a 3 minute changeover to a single-engine Cessna 172S with traditional analogue instrumentation with twin Garmin GNS430.
The Frasca is approved and capable of ADF/NDB, VOR, ILS, GPS, DME approaches and navaid orientation.
It is equipped with an advanced autopilot coupled to the G1000.
The Frasca RTD is the only AATD device using actual Garmin software in the avionics - all other synthetic trainers rely on synthesised software solutions which can be problematic.
